Unit214 Joins SQUER
When our colleague David Leitner met Tom Graupner, one of Unit 214’s co-founders, at an AI meetup, their casual chat quickly became an intense conversation about technical expertise and corporate values. Soon, they realized that SQUER and Unit 214 had much in common – from the passion for cutting-edge technology to the cultural values both companies uphold within their teams. Over the following months, the conversations between Unit 214 and SQUER evolved, and by late 2023, it became clear that we wanted to join forces.
Founded four years ago by Philipp Piwowarsky, Tom Graupner, and Keno Dreßel, Unit 214 is a highly skilled team with deep expertise in AI and cloud services. Their scientific background and focus on innovative AI applications, including large language models (LLMs), complement the work we’ve been doing at SQUER. This partnership allows us to integrate their knowledge and skills into our projects, enhancing what we can deliver to our clients. Together, we’re perfectly equipped to tackle the evolving challenges and opportunities in software development, especially in leveraging the potential of AI to shape the future.
