Originally from France, David began his career at SNCF in Paris, contributing to a major transformation initiative focused on improving customer satisfaction. His journey then led him to Austria, where he has spent the last twelve years honing his expertise. At Accenture, David progressed from PMO Lead to Project Manager, Delivery Lead, and Agile Coach. He is skilled in providing training and coaching across various levels—from individual contributors to C-suite executives—on topics such as Management 3.0, Design Thinking, and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). His approach is centered on fostering both efficiency and happiness in the workplace, reflecting his passion for helping organizations realize their full potential.
