Michael began developing software products 25 years ago while studying Computer Science at the University of Technology, Vienna. His professional journey has taken him through both large corporations and smaller firms, granting him diverse technological expertise. He shifted from traditional software engineering methods to agile methodologies after gaining new perspectives during his time abroad. Developing products using agile principles and successfully delivering solutions affirmed the customer-centric and purposeful approach of agile methods for him. Subsequently, Michael challenged the organizational barriers that teams faced and aimed to implement agile practices. He is passionate about harnessing technology, lean and agile principles, community engagement, and continuous learning to create a positive impact in his professional and personal environments.
