As a Talent Acquisition Specialist (f/m/x) at SQUER, you are the driving force behind our recruiting efforts. You find the right talents, bring fresh ideas for process optimizations, enhance our employer branding as a Best Place to Work, and ensure an outstanding candidate experience.
Your Tasks
Your Qualifications
- A completed degree or training in a relevant field
- Several years of experience in in-house recruiting or in a recruitment consultancy
- Experience in recruiting IT professionals and executives is an advantage
- Strong organizational skills with a structured work approach and attention to detail
- Comfortable in a dynamic environment and proactive in your work
- IT affinity and enjoyment in using various IT tools (e.g., Slack, Notion, Miro)
- Excellent German and English skills
